It is important that you have some idea of what to put on your personal fitness resume before you attempt to write one. It is also important that you know the skills that are required to be put on your resume so that you can be sure that they are relevant to the job that you are applying for.
The first thing to do is to determine what it is that you want to say in your fitness resume. If you are applying for a position at a gym, you will need to consider whether you want to include your gym membership or information about your current weight training classes. If you are applying for a job, your personal fitness resume may mention your participation in an aerobic or weight training class.
The next step is to brainstorm ideas about how you would like to put your fitness resume together. For example, if you are a health enthusiast and you like to enjoy outdoor activities, you may decide to include this in your personal fitness resume.
